To protect ourselves and the authors we work with, there are some terms and conditions around our services. If anything is unclear, please email info@longwortheditors.com for clarification.
• We cannot consider hand-written manuscripts. If possible, all
manuscripts should be double-spaced, in 12 point font and A4, unbound
and numbered.
• Longworth Editors can only read and report on works once the correct
payment has been received.
• We aim to provide a report back in four weeks. We will of course
contact you if, for whatever reason, more time is required.
• We will only make recommendations to agents or publishers if we
feel your work is potentially publishable. We will of course never forward
your work to an agent or publisher without seeking your permission first.
• The copyright of an author’s work remains their own.
• Longworth Editors is not responsible for any manuscripts that
are lost in the post, so please make sure you have another copy before
sending!
